How many sessions will I need?
Generally, significant improvements are noticed in 2 or 3 sessions. Many people notice improvements after just 1 session.
How quickly you heal depends on what’s causing the dis-ease.
Sometimes, improvements come more slowly.
Michelle works to give you every advantage in the healing process. She works to increase your ability to heal and empowers you to move more rapidly towards a healing.
How far apart should each session be?
Typically, the first 2 sessions may be 1 or 2 weeks apart. After that, it varies according to your health concern. In many cases, sessions are 1 to 2 weeks apart.
How are Michelle’s treatments different to massage or other therapies?
You might enjoy Michelle’s treatment and relax into it as you might a massage, your body and mind relaxing...
Or you might find Michelle addressing any other aspect of your body and spirit...
But you will always find Michelle working on the underlying cause of your dis-ease in a gentle and non-invasive way.

What if I’m already seeing a GP or other therapist?
The Inner Life treatments works well with other therapies to facilitate faster & more complete recovery. It is complementary.
Michelle often encourages her clients to see a GP for a medical diagnosis, or a qualified Chinese doctor for herbal support.
Many clients see Michelle when their herbs are not working, or when their doctor is unable to give them the outcomes they want.
The Inner Life may not be the complete solution for any condition. No one can say that about any health therapy or medicine.
